Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we cannot accept returns on opened products, but we want to ensure every customer has a sweet experience. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Return Process

Inspect your Candy Kittens delivery upon arrival to ensure all gourmet sweets are present and the packaging is intact.
- 2.Contact Support
If there is an issue with your treats, email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the damaged items.
- 3.Return Authorization
Once our team reviews your request, we will provide a return authorization code or confirm your eligibility for a direct refund.
- 4.Receive Refund
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
